If Chillbean were to become wet, it is important that the product is allowed to dry completely before it is rolled up. In addition, if the product is in salt water or chlorine, it must be flushed thoroughly before drying. If this is not done, the product will be bleached. Our warranty does not cover bleached or moldy products.

Use the Chillbean outdoors when the sun is shining but roll it together when not in use. The nylon we use is UV-treated, which delays the time it is bleached. Pack down the product and put it in the shade when you are not using it.

Chillbean is very durable and the odds of getting a puncture are very small. However, there are some things to consider before you put your Chillbean on the ground. You can think that Chillbean is durable as your foot sole, which means that on all surfaces where you can walk barefoot, you can use the product.
Beware of glowing coal / cigarettes, the heat from the glow causes the nylon to melt.

When filling the product, it is important that you have a lot of space around you because Chillbean should not get caught in any sharp edges.
The warranty does not cover punctures.

Chillbean can handle 2-3 people depending on weight. We recommend not to exceed 550 lbs. The product is no bouncy castle and should therefore not be used as it. We know that children love to bounce and throw themselves in Chillbean but that is not what it is for. It is especially important to never stand or walk in the product no matter how much or a little you weigh. The warranty does not cover damage caused by excessive load.

Should the Chillbean get dirty, use a damp cloth to clean it. The product should not be machine washed. Warranty does not cover a product washed in machine.
