We know you'll love your Chillbean. However, if you are not satisfied with your Chillbean product upon delivery, or if the product does not perform to your satisfaction, please contact us so that we can make things right. You may return your unused or like-new product within 15 days of delivery for refund with proof of purchase from our website or authorized reseller.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind our quality. Chillbean products carry a lifetime warranty to the original owner against manufacturing defects on products purchased from authorized resellers with proof of purchase. (We do not support warranties for purchases made on eBay)

Normal Wear and Tear

Please note: Our warranty does not apply to products that have been misused, abused, nor to normal wear-and-tear. Chillbean is not a flotation device and returns/exchanges  with water exposure will not be accepted. Warranty applies with proof of purchase from our website or authorized reseller. Cost of shipping will be deducted from all refunds of non-defective merchandise.
